The location here is wonderful and impressive, just a short walk from a popular zoo, and I really liked the layout of the deluxe queen room with spacious showers.

The location is excellent: close to Berlin Zoo/Aquarium, near bus stop with buses going directly to the center, near underground, situated in safe zone (close to embassy) and close to the parch which must be nice with sunshine

More comfortable bed would bring Pastana Berlin Tiergarten to perfection.

The location was central, amazing next to the park. It was also next to the train station, downtown, and Tiergarten. - the breakfast was very good and well priced with prosecco and fresh salmon.

The room was very comfortable, excellent for the 4 night short break we were on. The staff were all very good, polite and helpful. It was a great hotel experience and we would stay at one of the groups hotel again anytime. Thank you.

Everything about this great hotel was awesome. Actually, the room was particularly good, it also had hair dryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. The bed was lovely and I appreciated a nice bathroom. The staff was great and kind throughout the day. Staying here for shopping was comfortable, totally recommendable...

The location is exceptional and stunning, just a short walk to the east of the city, you won't be disappointed staying in Tiergarten district.

Breakfast was great.

Naked men and women together in the sauna. Totally disturbing. Lack of separate shower rooms for men and women.

The breakfast is hot, available with fresh salmon, prosecco and unlimited champagne.

The staff here was very friendly and provided great service, we loved the comfortable bed in the executive king room along with the spacious bathroom and a cozy table.

Stayed in Pestana hotel Berlin for 5 days.The stay there was great!The hotel photos and visitor opinions tell the truth about this hotel.Spacious room (recomended for solo travellers and couples but not that big for families,alhtough I'm sure there are bigger rooms availlable),clean,good amenities,good potitioning and friendly stuff are the highlights of this hotel.I Will stay there again.

Minor disapointments worth mentioning:There is no wi fi provided in the rooms,as advertised.Instead there was only ethernet connection.Wi fi (fast) is only availlable at the lobby of the hotel.Secondly there was no fresh milk served in,the otherwise excellent,breakfast.Finally,the price to rent a film was placed very high,at 13 euros.

Location and design. Very new hotel, I.E. many problems with computerised systems, like elevators. Guests had to walk during our stay from the sixth floor down for breakfast because of those elevator problems..

The staff here are awesome and really friendly, plus the premium queen room was just perfect. They even have their own private parking on-site! 🚗

Room was great and very cosy. Close to public transport. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the hotel itself, but they do not have Wi-fi as advertised. They changed to cable which caused us a few problems but they were very helpful with it. Tv not working for two days but eventually got a new one, but these are the only complaints.

Stunning & perfect room, with central heating, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker. Warm and great selection at breakfast including fresh bread, eggs and bacon. Excellent service, private parking available onsite.
